Quality Assurance
Encore Metals has developed and implemented an in-house quality assurance program based upon the requirements of ISO 9003-1994. This quality assurance program is active at each of the seven branches and has been in place for twelve years. Encore's quality assurance program includes a controlled manual, training of personnel, routine inspection & maintenance of equipment, internal audits as well as independent third party audits. Documentation of the third party audits is available upon request.
